The competition is open to anyone in Australia who is a current member of Renew including Renew and Sanctuary magazine only members (subscribers).
Terms and Conditions:
- The prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize value includes GST.
- Renew membership subscriptions can be undertaken:
- online at https://renewportal.org.au/join-renew
- by telephone (03) 9639 1500
- or mailed to the Promoter, Renew, at the address: 552 Victoria St, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051.
- Paid Renew staff, members of the Renew Board, staff of Earthworker Energy Manufacturing Co-operative and related entities, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- The competition is open to individuals only. Corporate entities, collectives and organisations are ineligible.
- To be eligible you must be aged 18 years or over, an Australian resident, and a current Renew member.
- The competition runs from 1 July 2024 to 31 October 2024. To be eligible, subscriptions/memberships must be received by 5pm AEST on Thursday, 31 October 2024.
- The competition will be drawn at 11am AEST on Monday, 4th November 2024 at Renew, 552 Victoria St, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051.
- The winner will be contacted by phone and will be notified in writing prior to the 11th of November. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the website at https://renew.org.au/prize/ on 4th December 2024 and in Renew 170 in December 2024 or Renew 171 in April 2025, and Sanctuary 70 in February 2025.
- If within three months of notification the winner does not claim their prize the competition will be redrawn at 11am AEST on Monday, 3 February 2025 at Renew, 552 Victoria St, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051.
- The redraw winner will be contacted by phone and will be notified in writing prior to the 10th of February. The winner’s name will be published in Renew 171 in April 2025 and Sanctuary 70 in February 2025.
- Prize includes Earthworker/Reclaim Heat Pump package, valued $6,000.
- Installation of the Earthworker/Reclaim Heat Pump package include standard installation in the same location as existing hot water system.
- The competition is only open to Australian entries and includes delivery and standard installation. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
- Earthworker Energy Manufacturing Co-operative reserves the right to change system specifications valued at or above specified prize without notice.
- The winner will submit to Renew photos of the prize. These photos may be published by Renew and Earthworker Energy Manufacturing Co-operative and their affiliates.
- The winner will agree to be interviewed by Renew or Earthworker Energy Manufacturing Co-operative a few months after the prize delivery and comments may be used in Earthworker Energy Manufacturing Co-operative or Renew marketing and promotion.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
